Role Description
The Luxury Retail Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Cambridge, ON. This role involves:
- Welcoming clients
- Offering personalized service
- Guiding them through the selection of fine jewellery, watches, and luxury accessories in line with the brand’s heritage and standards

The Sales Associate will manage sales transactions, maintain accurate records, and support daily store operations such as merchandising, stock checks, and visual presentation of displays. The role also includes:

- Educating clients on product features, aftercare, and brand history
- Supporting online order inquiries
- Collaborating with team members to meet sales and service targets
A strong focus on client relationship building, follow-up communication, and creating a memorable in-store experience is essential.
Qualifications

- Confident handling of POS systems and cash/credit transactions
- Product and brand knowledge
- Ability to learn and convey information about fine jewellery, watches, and heritage luxury goods

- Attention to detail in displays, packaging, and stock organization
- Time management and organizational skills
- To balance client interactions, administrative tasks, and daily operational duties
- Ability to work on-site in Cambridge, ON
- Including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a retail environment
- Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or watch sales is highly beneficial
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Commitment to discretion, integrity, and brand representation
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in business, fashion, or related fields is an asset
