Combining premium materials with refined design and meticulous attention to detail, the brand is known for delivering a distinctive luxury cashmere experience. N.Peal’s flagship store is located in Burlington Arcade, Mayfair, with additional boutiques in Knightsbridge, Sloane Street, and St. James’s Piccadilly. The company’s head office is based in North Yorkshire, supporting its UK retail operations and international customer base.
Role Description
The Luxury Retail Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in London across N.Peal’s boutique locations. In this position, the associate will:

- Guide customers through the brand’s cashmere collections, ensuring an elevated in-store experience

Daily responsibilities include:
- Assisting with product selection and styling
- Handling transactions
- Managing stock replenishment on the shop floor
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards
The role also involves:
- Building long-term client relationships
- Supporting clienteling initiatives
- Contributing to sales targets while upholding N.Peal’s luxury service standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury or premium retail, with strong client service and sales skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, with active listening skills and a confident, engaging manner.
- Attention to detail in presentation, merchandising, and store standards, with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Comfort with POS systems, basic numeracy for handling transactions, and accuracy in cash and card payments.
- Interest in fashion, textiles, or luxury goods, ideally with knowledge or enthusiasm for cashmere and knitwear.
- Ability to work on-site in London, including weekends and peak trading periods, as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in building client relationships and maintaining client records is an advantage.
- Additional language skills are beneficial for supporting international clientele.
