Luxury Rigid Box Department Leader
£30,000 – £40,000 per annum | Full-time | Permanent
Build something exceptional. Lead something new.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Luxury Rigid Box professional to take ownership of an exciting new production department and help shape it from the ground up.
We’re looking for someone who knows luxury box making inside out — someone with genuine hands-on experience, a passion for exceptional quality and the ambition to build a department that sets a new standard.
You won’t simply be stepping into an established role.
You’ll be helping to create something.
With significant investment in new technology, equipment, facilities and people, this is an exciting time to join a forward-thinking print and communications business with ambitious plans for the future.

The Opportunity
As Luxury Rigid Box Department Leader, you’ll take a key role in establishing, developing and growing a new paper-over-board luxury box operation.
You’ll combine your technical expertise with leadership, organisation and commercial awareness to ensure the department delivers outstanding results — from the first production run through to becoming a successful and established part of the wider business.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Take ownership of a brand-new luxury box department
- Help shape processes, standards and ways of working
- Work with new, modern box-making equipment
- Bring your experience and ideas to influence how the department develops
- Lead, organise and develop production activity
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of quality and craftsmanship
- Help develop the skills and capabilities of the team
- Work on premium products for high-profile, world-leading brands
- Collaborate with creative, design, CAD and production specialists

Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for an experienced Luxury Box Maker, Box Production Manager, Box Making Supervisor or similar professional who is ready to take the next step and make their mark.
You’ll need genuine hands-on experience within luxury rigid box manufacturing, together with a detailed understanding of the materials, machinery and processes involved.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who cares about the finished product.
Someone who notices the small details.
Someone who takes pride in their work.
