Job Description: Luxury Sales Consultant – Selfridges – Immediate Start
We are currently seeking experienced Sales Consultants for the MaxMara concession in Selfridges, London.

- Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
- Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
- Clientele activities
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized
- Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge
- Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Deals with customer queries and complaints
- Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store

Profile:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have relevant experience in retail or a similar'service' sector.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure each customer receives the highest and consistent level of professional service
- Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
Contract type: Permanent
Availability: Full Time
Years experience: One - two years experience is a premium.
Starting date: Immediately
Language: Conversational English.
