About Trilogy Jewellers
Trilogy Jewellers is an independent luxury watch and jewellery specialist based in the heart of Mayfair. We work with exceptional timepieces and jewellery from some of the world’s most prestigious brands, serving private clients and collectors from the UK and internationally.
Our business is built on trust, discretion, and highly personalized service. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic sales professional who can represent our company with the confidence, attention to detail, and professionalism expected of a Mayfair luxury showroom.
The Position
This is an opportunity to build a career in luxury watches and jewellery, bringing a proven sales background while developing specialist product and market knowledge alongside our experienced team.
You will welcome and advise discerning clients, manage enquiries, and build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals. You should be comfortable discussing high-value purchases, attentive to individual preferences, and driven to turn exceptional service into strong sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, polished, and highly personalized experience in our Mayfair showroom.
- Manage client enquiries across telephone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms, responding professionally and following up consistently.
- Understand clients’ requirements and guide them towards suitable watches and jewellery, drawing on the expertise of the wider team where needed.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of private clients through thoughtful communication, attentive service, and long-term relationship building.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, taking ownership of enquiries from first contact through to purchase and aftercare.
- Develop your knowledge of luxury brands, watch models, specifications, and the pre-owned market.

- Uphold exceptional standards of personal presentation and showroom presentation.
- Work closely with colleagues and support product listings, ecommerce, or social media activity when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
