Luxury Sales Consultant | Belfast | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits

Are you an experienced Sales Consultant with a passion for luxury jewellery, fine timepieces and delivering exceptional client experiences?

We're looking for a talented Sales Consultant to join a premium retail business, working with an exceptional collection of luxury jewellery and timepieces. This is an opportunity for a Sales Consultant who thrives in a boutique environment, enjoys building long-term client relationships and is passionate about delivering a truly personalised experience.

Whether your background is luxury jewellery, watches, premium fashion or another high-end retail environment, you'll understand the importance of relationship-led selling, clientelling and creating memorable experiences that keep clients returning time and time again.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll deliver an exceptional boutique experience while driving commercial success through outstanding service, expert product knowledge and relationship building.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personalised consultations and creating memorable client experiences.
  • Building a loyal client base through exceptional clientelling and aftercare.
  • Driving high-value sales while maintaining a consultative approach.
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Developing expert knowledge across luxury jewellery and timepiece collections.
  • Managing appointments, enquiries and client follow-up with professionalism.
  • Maintaining impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.

About You

You'll ideally have experience within:

  • Luxury jewellery and watches
  • Premium or luxury fashion
  • Designer accessories
  • High-end beauty or fragrance
  • Luxury lifestyle brands

You'll also have:

  • Previous experience as Sales Consultant or within a luxury retail sales environment.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • A genuine passion for luxury retail and exceptional client service.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A polished, professional approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to build trust and develop long-lasting client relationships.
