Luxury Sales Consultant | Womenswear | London | up to £35,000 + Commission | OTE circa £70,000
Zachary Daniels is partnering with a globally recognised luxury fashion house to recruit a Luxury Sales Consultant for its London boutique.
Renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and distinctive womenswear collections, this is an exciting opportunity to join a brand with a strong international following and a highly discerning clientele.
We are looking for someone who combines a strong commercial approach with a genuine passion for personal styling and client relationships. You will have experience within luxury womenswear ready-to-wear and enjoy building a client portfolio through appointments, thoughtful follow-up and outstanding service.
The Role
As a Luxury Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a personalised shopping experience for local and international clients.
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Building and developing your client portfolio through proactive clienteling and CRM activity.
- Providing confident styling advice, with an understanding of fit, silhouette and occasion dressing.
- Managing private appointments and supporting VIP events, trunk shows and client activations.
- Developing lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintaining exceptional boutique presentation and service standards.
- Supporting international client appointments and events, with a strong possibility of travel.

About You
- Experience as a Sales Consultant, Client Advisor or Style Advisor within luxury womenswear RTW.
- A proven track record of delivering sales and developing client relationships.
- Confident working with HNW, UHNW and international clients.
- Strong styling skills and a genuine interest in fashion, craftsmanship and product.
- A proactive approach to client outreach and building your business.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and discretion.
- Eveningwear or couture experience would be highly desirable.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for potential international travel.
