Luxury Sales ExecutiveWatches & Jewellery

Mayfair, London

Full time | Five days per week 8:30am to 6:30pm | Regular weekend working

Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission

About Trilogy Jewellers

Trilogy Jewellers is an independent luxury watch and jewellery specialist based in the heart of Mayfair. We work with exceptional timepieces and jewellery from some of the world’s most prestigious maisons, serving private clients and collectors from the UK and internationally. We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The Position

You will deliver a highly personalised and discreet service while developing long term relationships with private clients and collectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiries in the showroom and across telephone, email, WhatsApp and online platforms
  • Advise clients on luxury watches, fine jewellery, purchases and part exchanges
  • Develop and maintain your own portfolio of private clients
  • Identify sales, purchasing and part exchange opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Maintain excellent product and market knowledge
  • Handle high value transactions with accuracy and discretion
  • Uphold the highest standards of presentation and professionalism

Your Experience

Previous experience within the luxury industry is essential. Experience working directly with pre owned luxury goods, particularly watches or fine jewellery, is strongly preferred and will be prioritised. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A proven record in luxury sales and client development
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • A polished, professional and discreet approach
  • A genuine passion for watches and jewellery
  • The ambition to develop a long term career within the industry
