An opportunity to sell luxury in a very different kind of environment.

But this is much more than a traditional shop. The Chelsea Gallery is a calm, beautiful and intriguing space designed to offer our customers a unique and highly personal shopping experience — capturing something of how luxury shopping used to feel.
We are looking for someone who understands that exceptional selling is about people, relationships and product, not simply transactions.

You will:
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Proactively sell and develop new sales opportunities

- Develop and maintain a client book through digital clientelling, WhatsApp and email
- Understand and communicate the quality, design and craftsmanship of our collections
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and visual merchandising
- Support the day-to-day running of the Gallery, including opening and closing
- Manage POS / till systems and daily sales reporting
- Monitor selling reports and identify opportunities
- Manage stock replenishment, stock handling and customer shipments

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
