Salary: £28,000 per annum + excellent commission
The Opportunity
An established luxury skincare brand is seeking a polished and commercially driven Luxury Skincare Advisor to join its flagship Central London location.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for premium beauty and skincare to represent a highly respected brand known for its results-driven products, innovation, and exceptional customer experience.
Working within an elegant boutique environment, you will deliver personalised consultations, build long-term client relationships, and provide expert skincare recommendations while contributing to the commercial success of the business.
The Role
As a Luxury Skincare Advisor, you will act as a trusted skincare expert and brand ambassador, delivering a first-class client experience and driving retail performance through consultation-led selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored skincare consultations and personalised product recommendations.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, ingredients, and product benefits.
- Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation and visual merchandising.
- Support new product launches, promotional activities, and client events.
- Host skincare consultations, masterclasses, and one-to-one appointments.
- Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and competitor activity.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

About You
The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury skincare, results-focused selling, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience within luxury skincare.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and beauty trends.
- Proven ability to build rapport and create loyal client relationships.
- Commercially minded with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immaculate personal presentation and professionalism.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and confident working within a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends where required.
