Job Title: Luxury Skincare Advisor
Reports to:
Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Keyholder

Main Purpose of the Role:
The Luxury Skincare Advisor’s main responsibility is to achieve sales and KPI’s target, through a customer first approach. With passion and enthusiasm, they are an ambassador for the brand, specialising in luxury skincare.
They must aim to deliver:
- Our Brand Vision and Mission by living our brand pillars
- A visually inspiring and inviting store environment
- A fully compliant store, adhering to all company processes and policies
Main Responsibilities:
Customer First
- Delivers a ‘customer first’ experience exceeding customer expectations
- Delivers unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge
- Work as one team to ensure a ‘customer first’ experience is delivered consistently
- To provide our customers with expert advice with particular detail and focus on our luxury skincare brands
- To go above & beyond in delivering an exceptional level of service for the luxury skincare shopper
- Build, grow & connect with a loyal customer base, specifically for our luxury skincare brands

KPI’s
- Exceeds sales targets and delivers LFL growth along with ATV, AUS and conversion, with particular focus on our luxury skincare brands
- Responsible for driving growth of these brands with a focus on sales and ATV
- Exceeds the company acquisition target for N.dulge
- Follows all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss
Communication
- Communicates clearly and concisely with their store team
- Confidently communicates with external business partners and store visitors

- Fully embraces the team effort and takes pride in achieving a common goal demonstrating the ‘We Are One Team’ value
- Open and supportive of other ideas and opinions creating an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment
- Passionate about maintaining own up to date product knowledge on luxury skincare, and sharing this knowledge by scheduling training sessions for all team members
