Job Title: Luxury Stock & Fulfilment Coordinator (Bridalwear)
Location: Central London
Reports to: Head of Product
Contract: Part-Time (3 days/week baseline, scaling up to 5 days/week during peak seasons)

ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking a detail-oriented, luxury-minded Stock & Fulfilment Coordinator to manage all aspects of our stock control, studio inventory, and inbound/outbound logistics. Working closely with our Head of Product, production, and quality control teams, you will ensure our high-value bridalwear and accessories are handled, stored, packaged, and dispatched with white-glove precision.
This is a hands-on operational role requiring a balance of rigorous stock management accuracy and exceptional luxury standards.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Stock Control & Atelier Inventory Management
- Oversee day-to-day stock room and atelier inventory operations, ensuring pristine storage conditions for delicate fabrics and completed garments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, full stock checks, and inventory audits to maintain total system accuracy.
- Manage inbound stock intake, log fabric and garment arrivals, and conduct initial quality condition checks.
- Build product HS codes for international customs documentation and generate barcode/product labels for production and QC tracking.
Luxury Fulfilment & White-Glove Dispatch
- Manage end-to-end order picking, packing, and dispatch for bridal stockists, private clients, and e-commerce.
- Maintain flawless white-glove presentation standards, including pristine garment bagging, boxing, ribbons, and hand-finishing for luxury unboxing experiences.
- Prepare garments for transport, ensuring appropriate steaming, protection, and cover checks prior to dispatch.
- Coordinate local London hand-couriers, specialised high-value freight handlers, and international courier partners.
- Reconcile courier shipping reports against invoices to optimise logistics costs.
QC & Operations Collaboration

- Support the Quality Control (QC) team, managing stock flow to and from external manufacturers.
- Maintain a clean, organised, secure, and dust-free stockroom environment suited to luxury garment storage.
- Drive continuous operational improvements across stock tracking, packaging efficiency, and fulfilment speed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years in stock control, stockroom management, or fulfilment within luxury fashion, bridal, fine art, or high-end retail.
- Familiarity with handling high-value fashion, delicate fabrics, and luxury garment packaging standards.
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems and building international customs/HS documentation.
- Ability to work a baseline schedule of 3 days per week, with readiness to step up to 5 days per week during seasonal peaks (e.g., sample sales, new collection drops, bridal peak season).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and pride in visual presentation.
