This fast-growing luxury jewellery brand is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead its retail team and deliver an exceptional in-store experience in central London.

The brand offers a modern take on fine jewellery, combining elevated design with a fresh and contemporary approach to luxury. This is a great opportunity for someone who is commercially driven, people-focused and excited by the pace of a growing business.

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, driving sales, developing the team and building strong relationships with clients. You’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand’s high standards and distinctive approach to customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the store team
  • Drive sales and deliver against commercial targets and KPIs
  • Create a highly personalised and memorable client experience
  • Build long-term client relationships through CRM and clienteling
  • Oversee daily store operations, stock management and visual standards
  • Coach the team on product knowledge, service and selling techniques
  • Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer retention
  • Support in-store events, launches, private appointments and VIP experiences
  • Work closely with the wider business to ensure a consistent brand experience

  • Previous management experience within luxury retail, jewellery or premium fashion
  • Strong commercial instincts and a proven track record of driving sales
  • Confident leading, coaching and developing a team
  • Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
  • Passionate about customer experience, design and modern luxury
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial in mindset and excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing retail business
