LONDON — FULL TIME | HYBRID 3 DAYS OFFICE / 2 DAYS HOME

Luxury Travel Co-ordinator job in London within the luxury lifestyle and UHNW concierge sector, offering a competitive salary plus bonus and commission. This is a client-facing coordination role supporting a team of super luxury Travel Advisors, covering travel planning research, document preparation, client communication and administrative support within a boutique, high-service business.

Our Customer
Our client is a boutique luxury lifestyle and travel business offering a highly personalised, members-only service to a discerning UHNW clientele. With a carefully limited membership, they deliver a discreet, pro-active experience across travel, lifestyle and events — with a strong emphasis on simplicity, quality and genuine relationship-building.
They are now looking for a Travel Team Assistant to join their travel team and play a hands-on role in delivering that experience from first enquiry through to post-trip follow-up. This is a position with a defined progression path to Travel Advisor for the right person.
The Role
In this role, you will support a team of Travel Advisors, helping to ensure the smooth and exceptional delivery of travel services to a portfolio of UHNW clients.
- Prepare comprehensive travel documents, itineraries and client-facing materials
- Coordinate client communications and record all interactions accurately
- Follow up with clients post-trip to gather feedback and support continuous improvement
- Handle invoicing, payments and financial administrative tasks
- Research destinations, suppliers and experiences to support travel planning
- Assist with bookings and arrangements, gradually taking on more complex travel planning
- Proactively suggest unique experiences and enhancements for client itineraries
- Support Travel Advisors with urgent requests and assist with team-wide initiatives including events and marketing

Experience Required
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a tailor made travel tour operator
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe suite experience an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience working with UHNW clients preferred
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
