Luxury Travel Concierge | Hybrid | London | Competitive salary plus bonus
Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a well-established luxury travel business who are recruiting a Luxury Travel Concierge to join their Client Experience team.
The Role:
As Luxury Travel Concierge, you will take ownership of the guest experience once the booking has been confirmed, you'll create personalised itineraries, coordinate multiple elements of each stay and handle any special requests along the way, ensuring clients receive a seamless and highly personalised service. The role will also involve researching new experiences and suppliers across the company's international destinations and keeping up to date with the best local recommendations.

You Will Have:
- Experience within luxury travel, concierge or high-end guest experience
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- A naturally service-led approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
- Confidence dealing with HNW individuals, VIP clients, luxury travel agents and international suppliers
- Calm, composed and solutions-focused under pressure
- Experience within luxury villa rentals is advantageous
Additional Info:
- Salary depending on experience
- Monthly team performance-related bonus
- 25 days' holiday, increasing with service
- Hybrid working with offices based in London
- Opportunity to work up to 45 days per year working remotely after probation
- Opportunities to travel to amazing international destinations
- Confidence working with HNW and VIP clients is essential
