Role Overview

As our North American specialist or Generalist, you'll become one of the company's go-to experts for luxury travel, creating exceptional itineraries ranging from iconic road trips, luxury rail journeys, city breaks, beach escapes, and exclusive private experiences.

You'll work across our wider luxury portfolio, designing bespoke itineraries to destinations around the world, ensuring every client receives the same exceptional level of service and attention to detail that Savile Row Travel is known for.

You'll take ownership of enquiries from the initial consultation through to post-travel follow-up, building long-term relationships with clients and delivering outstanding experiences every step of the way.

Responsibilities

  • Design bespoke luxury holidays.
  • Sell high-value tailor-made holidays whilst consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Build expert knowledge of Africa alongside developing knowledge of our wider destinations.
  • Build strong relationships with luxury lodges, hotels, DMCs, and supplier partners.
  • Stay up to date with new properties, experiences, and destination developments.
  • Conduct detailed client consultations to understand each traveller's individual requirements.
  • Manage bookings from enquiry through to travel documentation and after-travel follow-up.
  • Proactively follow up enquiries to maximise conversion.
  • Attend supplier events, destination training, and educational trips.
  • Represent Savile Row Travel professionally and positively at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, operations, and marketing.

Destination Knowledge

  • North America
  • Canada

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience selling tailor-made luxury holidays.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury products.
  • Experience creating complex bespoke itineraries.
  • Confidence selling premium holidays with a consultative approach.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded with a proven sales record.
  • A passion for luxury travel and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Desirable

  • Personal travel experience across North America.
  • Experience selling other luxury long-haul destinations.
  • Existing relationships with hotels and luxury suppliers.
  • Experience using travel reservation and CRM systems.
  • ATOL/ABTA or luxury tour operator experience.
