Luxury Travel Coordinator job in Surbiton within the luxury travel industry, offering up to £35,000 DOE. This is a client-facing sales support role covering follow-ups, re-quoting, handovers and client communications within a growing, award-winning business.

Our Customer
Our client is a specialist luxury travel business, creating tailor-made journeys. Recognised within the industry and the recipient of multiple awards, they are known for their expertise and for delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for their clients.
They are now seeking a Luxury Travel Coordinator to support their sales teams, ensuring seamless service continuity, accurate follow-up and outstanding client care whenever salespeople are out of the office.
The Role
In this role, you will support the sales teams by covering follow-up tasks, managing handovers and maintaining clear client communication whenever colleagues are unavailable.
- Provide comprehensive cover for salespeople during their absence, ensuring uninterrupted client service
- Complete follow-up tasks promptly and accurately, ensuring no client request is overlooked
- Re-quote customers as necessary to meet evolving needs and preferences
- Arrange and conduct thorough handover meetings with sales colleagues
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date notes to support smooth transitions back to the original salesperson
- Support the conversion of enquiries into confirmed sales alongside the wider sales team
- Construct and refine quotes and draft professional client emails
- Carry out pre-departure and welcome-home calls to ensure clients have everything they need
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly
- Ensure adherence to sales procedures, correcting any discrepancies as needed
- Provide feedback to the Client Experience Manager on procedures not consistently followed
- Suggest and help implement improvements to client experience and operational efficiency

Experience Required
- Previous experience in sales or sales support within the travel industry is essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and personal development
- Familiarity with the travel industry or a similar sector is a plus
