Luxury Travel Expert – Out Of Office

Out Of Office is the world's leading luxury LGBTQ+ travel agency, curating tailor-made trips to destinations around the world - from honeymoons in the Maldives to complex multi-stop itineraries across Europe and Asia. Our focus is on service, detail, and getting it right.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the full client relationship, from first enquiry through to the point of travel
  • Designing tailored itineraries based on each client's needs and travel style
  • Working with our Operations Team on post-booking changes and adjustments
  • Liaising with suppliers and partners to ensure every trip runs smoothly

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • You're a consultative advisor who understands the considerations that shape travel for LGBTQ+ clients, from choosing the right destinations and hotels to structuring an itinerary that shows real expertise.
  • You ask the right questions, guide clients with confidence, and build trips that are seamless in delivery.
  • Travel experience preferred, along with genuine passion for travel and confidence discussing worldwide destinations in detail
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Comfortable managing multiple bookings at once, handling changes, and thinking on your feet
  • Driven by results, with a genuine motivation to hit targets and build a loyal client base

  • Competitive basic salary of £30k - 36k with uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses
  • Realistic first-year earnings of £40k+, increasing to £50k+ as you build a strong base of repeat clients. Top performers can earn £65k+

Working style:

  • Shifts between 9:30–20:00, with a mix of 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00 finishes
  • Rota covers Monday–Sunday, usually one weekend in three
  • Based in our Brighton office, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week
  • A small, experienced team where performance matters and you'll have direct input into how things are done
