We are looking to hire a Luxury Travel Sales Consultant to join our team! Reporting to the Travel Consultant Manager, you’ll partner with affluent travellers to design extraordinary journeys tailored to their unique interests and preferences. You'll combine consultative selling, relationship building, and destination expertise to create exceptional customer experiences while managing opportunities from inquiry through booking. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving sales growth by building trust, delivering personalized recommendations, and helping clients bring their travel ambitions to life.

What you’ll do:
Drive Sales Performance
- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative selling and exceptional customer engagement.
- Confidently manage a high-volume pipeline and maintain momentum across multiple opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and conversion targets.
Build Trusted Relationships
- Develop strong relationships with prospective guests through video, phone and digital interactions.
- Understand customer motivations and create personalized travel experiences that inspire action.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through outstanding service and follow-up.
Leverage Technology and AI
- Use CRM systems and AI-powered tools to manage opportunities, improve productivity and personalize customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce, HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Embrace new technologies and continuously adapt to evolving ways of working.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong proven experience in consultative sales, with a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.

- Results-oriented and motivated by achieving ambitious goals.

- Comfortable managing multiple customer conversations while maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Builds and manages a strong sales pipeline with a proactive and disciplined approach.
- Delivers exceptional customer experiences that drive repeat bookings and referrals
Preferred
- Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, premium services, or other high-value consultative sales environments.
- Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
- Interest in AI, technology, and modern sales practices.
