Luxury Travel Specialist, Hampshire

Highly Competitive Salary

Are you an experienced luxury travel professional who thrives on creating exceptional experiences for discerning clients? We’re looking for an accomplished Luxury Travel Specialist to join a small, high-performing team specialising in bespoke, ultra-luxury travel.

This is a rare opportunity for someone with genuine expertise in ultra-luxury travel who understands the expectations of high-net-worth clients and can turn complex requirements into seamless, highly personalised experiences.

You’ll manage the complete client journey, from initial enquiry and bespoke proposal through to booking, trip delivery and post-trip follow-up. No two trips will be the same, so creativity, discretion, attention to detail and the ability to find solutions under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries and convert them into high-value bookings through exceptional client service.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and understand their individual preferences and expectations.
  • Create highly tailored proposals, itineraries and quotations based on client requirements, budgets and lifestyle.
  • Negotiate with luxury hotels, property owners, operators and other suppliers to secure the best experiences and commercial terms.
  • Manage the full client journey from initial confirmation through to departure, return and post-trip follow-up.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements including private aviation, ground transportation, luxury accommodation, ski services, private staff, dining, wellness, activities and bespoke events.
  • Take ownership of trip budgets, booking finances and accurate financial records.
  • Handle unusual or last-minute requests with a calm, creative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Maintain accurate client information, communications and booking records within the CRM.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings, presenting sales and financial performance information.
  • Stay ahead of luxury travel trends, destinations, properties and new experiences, bringing fresh ideas to the wider team.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners and represent the business at events, networking opportunities and familiarisation trips.
  • Support marketing and business development through market intelligence, product updates and relevant content.
  • Travel internationally when required to support clients and oversee selected trips on the ground.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
