Luxury Travel Specialist
We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist ultra-luxury travel business for an experienced Luxury Travel Specialist to join a small, high-performing team based in the Hampshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished luxury travel professional with genuine experience working with high-net-worth clients and a passion for creating exceptional, highly personalised travel experiences.
You will manage the full client journey, from initial enquiry and bespoke proposals through to booking, trip delivery, and post-trip follow-up. You’ll arrange complex itineraries including luxury accommodation, private aviation, ground transportation, ski services, private staff, dining, wellness, and bespoke experiences.

This role offers a generous, competitive salary based on experience and will be office based in the Hampshire area but there will be flexibility with some hybrid working and will be working Mon-Fri 9-5.30 but flexibility will be required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full client journey
- Create bespoke travel proposals
- Book luxury travel arrangements
- Deliver exceptional travel experiences
- Handle complex itineraries
- Provide post-trip follow-up
Requirements
- Proven experience in selling and arranging ultra-luxury travel
- Excellent destination knowledge
- Outstanding communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong commercial awareness
- Ability to remain calm and resourceful with complex or last-minute requests
- Experience with CRM and travel technology
- Knowledge of Safari Portal, Canva, and Google Workspace is advantageous
