This is an exciting opportunity for a driven luxury retail professional who thrives on building lasting client relationships, delivering personalised styling appointments, and contributing to the success of a high-performing team.
The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating memorable luxury experiences, developing a loyal client base, and achieving ambitious sales targets through exceptional service and clienteling.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering an elevated and personalised luxury shopping experience.
- Building, managing and growing a strong portfolio of existing clients while proactively recruiting new customers.
- Developing long-term relationships through effective clienteling, appointments and follow-up communication.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and exceed individual and boutique targets.
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of luxury womenswear collections, craftsmanship and seasonal launches.
- Maintaining impeccable boutique standards and supporting daily operations.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an outstanding customer journey.

About You
- Previous experience within luxury womenswear retail is essential.
- Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- An established client book with the ability to transfer and further develop relationships.
- Proven track record of recruiting and retaining new luxury clients.
- Passionate about luxury fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Commercially driven with a strong history of achieving sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Professional, polished and confident engaging with an international clientele.
