Low Voltage Senior Authorised Person – 6 Month Contract – Scotland – ASAP Start – Monday to Friday
I’m working with an established contractor delivering critical power infrastructure projects in Scotland. They’re looking for an experienced Low Voltage Senior Authorised Person to support the safe operation of LV systems and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the Low Voltage Senior Authorised Person.
- Issuing and receiving permits to work in accordance with site safety rules.
- Planning and carrying out LV switching and isolations.
- Ensuring works are completed in line with electrical safety rules and site procedures.
- Providing technical support to engineers and site teams throughout project delivery.
- Maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Low Voltage Senior Authorised Person.
- Strong knowledge of LV distribution systems, switching and isolation procedures.
- City & Guilds LV certification is required.
- Experience across utility, renewable energy, battery storage, substation or industrial projects.
- Full UK driving licence.
