About The Job
Title: LXP Specialist
Contract: 3 months (initial)
Location: Remote / UK-based
Client
We’re supporting a leading organisation in their search for a LXP Specialist to support the ongoing development, configuration and maintenance of their digital learning systems.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with L&D, Digital and Technology teams to ensure digital learning platforms are functioning effectively, meet learner needs and support wider organisational objectives.
The Role
You will act as the digital coordinator across the learning environment, responsible for the configuration, development and maintenance of digital systems including the LXP, community and related learning platforms.
Working closely with L&D and Digital and Technology teams, you will configure learning resources and experiences, manage users and permissions, support learning data and reporting, and help ensure the platforms provide an effective learner experience.
This role sits at the intersection of learning technology and digital systems, requiring strong technical understanding alongside the ability to support users and translate organisational requirements into effective platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain digital learning systems, including the LXP, community and related learning platforms
- Set up and configure learning resources and experiences within the platform
- Configure user management, including user roles, permissions and learner groups
- Utilise xAPI and Docebo Flow to track and record learning opportunities and support personalisation
- Identify and resolve system issues, making minor code or configuration changes where required
- Work with external vendors and service providers on larger technical support issues
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and monitor key metrics
- Train and support learning team members on system functionality and best practice
- Support the learning systems roadmap, ensuring system changes and developments are effectively managed
- Maintain QA processes for learning content and LXP configuration
- Support the development of system governance policies, procedures and standards
- Stay up to date with emerging learning technologies and best practice

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in digital systems administration within an L&D environment
- Experience configuring and managing digital learning platforms
- Experience using Docebo LXP
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data and insight
- Ability to train and support users at all levels of an organisation
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to manage concurrent projects, including those involving external suppliers and agencies
Desirable:
- Experience of e-learning development or UI design
- Understanding of adult learning theories
- Understanding of social learning theories
- Familiarity with recognised e-learning technical standards
