The Role
We’re looking for a reliable Hygiene Colleague to join our Distribution Centre team.
In this role, you’ll help keep the site clean, safe and well-presented by completing cleaning duties to agreed standards and schedules, while working flexibly alongside our operational teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
In this role, you will:
- Maintain high cleaning standards across the site, following agreed schedules, procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.
- Use cleaning equipment safely, report any faults or potential issues, and ensure the correct PPE is used in line with company policy.
- Work flexibly, as you may support different areas of the operation during busy periods while managing your time effectively.
- Collaborate with your supervisor and operational teams to raise concerns, support solutions and maintain service standards.
