Lymphoedema Nurse or Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Lymphoedema Nurse or Physiotherapist to join our specialist service. We welcome applications from experienced Band 6 nurses or physiotherapists, as well as motivated Band 5 nurses who are keen to develop their skills and progress within this specialist area and take the next step in their career. We will provide appropriate training and support to develop the knowledge, clinical skills and confidence required to work within the service.

About the Role

You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals living with lymphoedema and related conditions across the local community. The role involves assessing, treating and reviewing patients, developing personalised care plans, and supporting self-management to improve independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

You will work autonomously while collaborating closely with patients, carers and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver effective, holistic care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based assessment and treatment for both primary and secondary lymphoedema.
  • Include skin care advice, manual lymphatic drainage, exercise and movement guidance, self-management education, and compression therapy (multi-layer compression bandaging/hosiery/wraps) and intensive therapy options for complex cases.
  • Manage a clinical caseload, undertake specialist assessment and treatment, and work autonomously within their scope of competence.
  • Provide care across a range of community settings, including patients' homes and multiple clinic locations, maintaining professional standards and continuity of care.
  • Demonstrate advanced clinical decision making and seek advice from the Lymphoedema Nurse Specialist when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
