Infor M3 O2C Functional Consultant | Contract

£500–£750/day | Inside IR35 | Initial 6 months | UK Hybrid | ASAP Start

COLLIER Global Transformation Partners is supporting a major organization at a critical stage of an Infor M3 transformation programme.

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant to provide functional leadership and support business teams through UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

This is not a technically focused M3 role. We are looking for someone with deep O2C functional and process expertise, strong stakeholder management skills and the experience to join an established programme and make an immediate impact.

The Role:

Working closely with business stakeholders, process owners and the wider ERP programme team, you will:

  • Provide functional expertise across the end-to-end O2C lifecycle
  • Guide business users and key stakeholders through UAT and process validation
  • Support test execution, defect triage and functional issue resolution
  • Identify and resolve O2C process gaps ahead of go-live
  • Provide expertise across customer orders, order management, fulfilment and invoicing
  • Support cutover planning, business readiness and execution
  • Provide hands-on functional support during go-live and hypercare
  • Translate business requirements and operational challenges into practical M3 solutions
  • Work across business and technology teams to drive issues through to resolution
  • Help ensure the successful adoption and transition of new O2C processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
