Job Title: Microsoft 365 Consultant
Salary: £65,000
Hybrid: 3 days a week, London
Are you a Microsoft 365 expert who thrives on client-facing work and end-to-end project delivery? We're looking for a Consultant to join my client's Professional Services team as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across the M365 stack.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 solutions (Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, SharePoint, Teams)
- Own projects end-to-end — from discovery and design through build, test, deployment, and handover into operations
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into practical, well-governed technical solutions
- Run customer workshops, discovery sessions, and demos to shape scope and approach
- Support presales with solution scoping, technical input, and effort estimation
- Design and configure solutions aligned to Zero Trust principles and Microsoft security best practice
- Produce high-quality technical, project, and handover documentation
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and mentor other consultants/engineers
- Drive automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across deployments

What We're Looking For

- Experience delivering customer-facing Microsoft 365 projects end-to-end, ideally within an MSP or consultancy environment
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Conditional Access
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, governance, and controlled technical change
- Confidence shaping solutions from presales through delivery and into operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- PowerShell/automation skills a plus
