We are supporting a globally recognised professional services organisation seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Lead to lead the discovery, design and implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Agents across a major enterprise transformation programme.
This is a highly consultative role, requiring an experienced Microsoft 365 SME who can engage with senior stakeholders, lead workshops and define the roadmap for AI-powered productivity using the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to identify high-value Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Agent use cases across the business
- Design and develop Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent solutions using Copilot Studio
- Advise senior business and technical stakeholders on Microsoft AI capabilities, governance and adoption
- Build proof of concepts and scalable AI solutions that improve productivity and automate business processes
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse
- Work closely with business leaders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Drive best practice across Microsoft 365 AI technologies, ensuring secure, scalable and supportable implementations
- Support user adoption, enablement and governance throughout the programme lifecycle

Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Agents
- Proven experience designing and building solutions using Copilot Studio
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
- Experience developing low-code solutions using Power Platform, including:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Dataverse
- Experience designing AI-driven automation and agentic workflows
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business leaders
- Previous experience delivering Microsoft AI or Microsoft 365 transformation programmes within large enterprise environments

This is a fully remote inside IR35 contract role working via umbrella company so please only apply if you are prepared to work on this basis, and you must also be resident in the UK to be considered for this role.
