We are looking to hire an experienced Microsoft 365 trainer join our Digital workplace team, as part of our Business Efficiency and Transformation Squad (BEATS) across the Central Belt of Scotland.

Hours

Full time: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week. Fully on-site with regular travel between sites to deliver training, run drop-in sessions and support teams face to face.

About The Role

As a Microsoft 365 trainer, you'll help colleagues build confidence, capability and better ways of working using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and the wider Microsoft 365 suite.

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional product training and play a direct role in business transformation. You'll work face to face with teams across the business to identify opportunities, design practical learning experiences, support implementation and ensure that new ways of working are successfully adopted.

Working as part of a proactive cross-functional squad, you'll collaborate with M365, Power Platform, process improvement, data and governance specialists to solve real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes. This is a fully on-site role, so you'll be visible, hands-on and working alongside colleagues where they work.

  • Design and deliver engaging, in-person Microsoft 365 and Copilot learning experiences across our sites.
  • Create role-based learning materials, guides, demonstrations and self-service resources.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for Microsoft 365 Copilot and modern ways of working.
  • Run on-site drop-in sessions, floor-walking and desk-side support to embed new ways of working.
  • Support business teams through pilot, implementation and adoption activities.
  • Develop champion networks and communities of practice.
  • Measure adoption, workplace application and business impact.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through M365, Power Platform and AI.
  • Help ensure responsible, secure and effective use of AI technologies.

Essential Skills

  • Experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 training in a medium or large organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and modern workplace technologies.
  • Experience supporting adoption and business change, not just classroom delivery.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience creating learning content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across multiple business areas.
  • Understanding of AI, security, privacy and governance considerations.
  • Ability to travel regularly between Arnold Clark's main sites in Central Scotland.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications in M365, Copilot or Power Platform.
  • Experience building champion networks or communities of practice.
  • Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with change management, process improvement or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Full UK driving licence.

You'll be visible and hands-on, working alongside colleagues where they work, not delivering training from behind a screen. You'll help people discover better ways of working, support the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, influence business change and play a visible part in Arnold Clark's AI and innovation journey.
