Job Description: M365 Digital Workplace Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced M365 Digital Workplace Project Manager to lead the delivery of communication, collaboration, and employee experience initiatives across a global enterprise real estate organization.
This role combines project delivery, supplier management, business change, and user adoption. You will work closely with business stakeholders and a third-party implementation partner to ensure Microsoft 365 solutions are delivered successfully and embedded effectively across the organization. This is a contract role for an initial 6-month period (Outside IR35).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital workplace projects across Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Act as the primary point of coordination for third-party implementation partners, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, technology teams, and external suppliers.
- Drive user adoption, communications, and change management activities to support successful business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support governance processes and provide regular updates to project sponsors.
- Support the adoption of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Viva, and Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities.

Experience Required
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects within global organizations.
- Strong project management experience, including planning, governance, risk, and issue management.
- Understanding of digital workplace, collaboration, and employee experience solutions.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers, implementation partners, or system integrators.
- Microsoft Teams deployment, migration, and adoption initiatives.
- SharePoint Online and modern intranet solutions.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Viva, and Copilot capabilities.
- Organisational change management, communications, and user adoption activities.
- Stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
