6-month contract

Canary Wharf, London | 2–3 days per week onsite

I'm working with a leading organisation looking for a hands-on M365 Engineer to support and manage their Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environment. This is primarily a Microsoft 365 infrastructure and operations role, with some Azure exposure. We're looking for someone who has strong, hands-on experience administering and supporting a Microsoft 365 estate day to day.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft Defender
  • Supporting the security, stability, governance and continuous improvement of the M365 environment
  • Supporting Azure infrastructure where it underpins the M365 platform
  • Managing Windows Server, Active Directory and hybrid identity
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and acting as a senior/L3 escalation point
  • Using PowerShell and automation to improve operational processes
  • Monitoring service health and responding to incidents and alerts
  • Working closely with infrastructure, cloud, security and technology teams
  • Supporting BAU operations alongside project and technology improvement initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
