M365 Engineer – Contract (Outside IR35)
£300 to £400 per day | Remote first | 3 months rolling
Our client is a fast-growing Microsoft cloud specialist, primarily working closely with major NHS sector customers on complex M365 migrations and ongoing tenant management. They've built their own in-house tool that surfaces deep insight from customer M365 tenants, covering user and licence data, OneDrive and SharePoint metrics, sharing complexity, permissions risk, and security posture, and they need an experienced Engineer to help turn those findings into action for customers.
Strong preference is you have NHS exposure.
What you'll be doing:
- Working through detailed findings and recommendations generated from M365 tenant audits (licensing, SharePoint sharing, permissions, security risk)
- Helping customers understand and prioritise the actions needed to clean up and secure their tenants
- Advising on M365 licensing optimisation and best practice
- Supporting readiness work for Copilot deployment, including identifying and resolving oversharing issues
- Getting involved in customer-facing engagements as needed, this isn't a back-office role, there's genuine scope to build relationships directly with customers

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
