If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to make a real impact working between Tunbridge Wells, Swale, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling and Maidstone Borough Councils.
We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 IT Trainer to join a team in leading the way in transforming how our staff use the M365 suite. You’ll be the go-to expert, delivering engaging training sessions, building communities of digital champions, and driving adoption of powerful tools like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and more.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver tailored training programs across the M365 suite, with a focus on core applications.
- Promote best practices and innovative ways of working using M365 tools.
- Build and support communities of practice to share learning and foster collaboration.
- Work closely with digital, transformation, and ICT teams to guide staff toward smarter, more efficient workflows.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in developing and delivering M365 training.
- Strong track record of driving technology adoption and measuring impact.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 capabilities and features.
- Excellent communication skills – able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- A full UK driving licence.
