Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer to support a complex user-data and identity transition programme.
Working as part of the technical delivery team, you will carry out high-volume migrations across Exchange Online, email archives, OneDrive and user access. You will be responsible for preparing migration batches, operating the migration platform, completing technical checks and resolving issues arising during cutover.
This is a practical engineering position requiring strong Microsoft 365 knowledge and demonstrable experience delivering enterprise-scale migrations with BitTitan MigrationWiz. You will work alongside technical leadership, project delivery, cyber security and operational support teams to move users securely and with minimal impact on business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Migration Delivery
- Build and manage migration batches within BitTitan MigrationWiz.
- Transfer primary mailboxes and online archive content between Microsoft 365 identities.
- Move OneDrive files and folders into newly provisioned user environments.
- Coordinate the transfer or reapplication of group-controlled permissions and access rights.
- Complete pre-migration, cutover and post-migration checks for each user cohort.
- Confirm that migrated data, mailbox settings and access arrangements are complete and accurate.
- Identify unsuccessful or incomplete migrations and carry out the necessary remediation.
Microsoft 365 Configuration
- Prepare and verify destination accounts, Exchange Online mailboxes and OneDrive environments.
- Establish and test source and destination connections within the migration platform.
- Support the use and refinement of scripts, runbooks and repeatable migration processes.
- Assist with email-address changes, SMTP configuration, forwarding rules and identity switchover.
- Reinstate security-group memberships and access to connected applications where required.
- Ensure technical prerequisites are in place before users enter the migration schedule.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
