Ready to lead the Microsoft 365 platforms that help thousands of colleagues collaborate, communicate and deliver their best work every day? Do you enjoy combining technical leadership with hands-on engineering to shape secure, reliable digital experiences at scale? At EDF, Success is Personal, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your career your way.
The Opportunity
As an M365 Platform Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving the platforms that support our digital workplace. You’ll provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365 services, guiding engineering decisions, driving platform improvements, and helping deliver the secure, scalable solutions that support our journey towards An Electric Britain.
You’ll join us on a salary starting of £50,000 per annum. The majority of this role will be home working, with travel to one of our EDF offices once per month. This means you can be based anywhere in the UK while benefiting from flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Working closely with Product, Security, Architecture and Operations teams, you’ll have the opportunity to influence platform strategy, drive continuous improvement, and help deliver modern workplace capabilities that enhance productivity and user experience across the organisation.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
