Are you an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant with a passion for workplace technology, security, and helping organisations transform their digital environments? We're looking for a Principal Consultant – Microsoft 365 to join Computacenter's dynamic and rapidly expanding Consultancy Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical consultancy, pre-sales, solution design, and delivery leadership, working with enterprise customers to design and implement innovative Microsoft 365 solutions that support their business goals.
You'll join a collaborative consultancy environment, working alongside architects, consultants, sales teams, delivery specialists, and strategic technology partners.
You'll have the opportunity to work across complex enterprise environments, engaging directly with customers and senior stakeholders while helping shape solutions across the Microsoft 365 and security ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Support pre-sales engagements, qualifying opportunities and shaping technical solutions
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Microsoft 365 solutions
- Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and present technical recommendations
- Work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Purview, and the wider Microsoft security stack
- Lead technical teams and complex consultancy assignments, ensuring successful outcomes and high-quality deliverables
- Provide technical governance and quality assurance across solution designs and documentation
- Build strong relationships with key customer and internal stakeholders
- Support bid responses, technical proposals, and solution documentation
- Contribute to the development of new Microsoft 365 services and consultancy capabilities
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies, security developments, and industry trends

What you'll need
- Significant experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 enterprise solutions
- Strong expertise across Entra ID and Microsoft security technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and Certificate Services
- Proven experience supporting technical pre-sales and solution design
- Experience leading technical teams through complex delivery engagements
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience providing technical governance and quality assurance
- Ability to design complex, multi-technology solutions and translate business requirements into technical outcomes
