Role: M365 Specialist (Productivity & Collaboration Specialist)
Location: Westminster, UK (4 days per week in the office, 1 day Remote)
Contract: 7 months+

Role Overview
Looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / M365 Collaboration Specialist to join the Productivity & Collaboration Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provisioning, administration, configuration and 3rd-line support of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, as well as supporting projects that transition into BAU.

- SharePoint Online

- M365 administration, configuration and troubleshooting
- 3rd-line technical support
- Designing and configuring collaboration solutions
- Understanding of M365 governance and best practice
- Experience supporting projects and transitioning solutions into BAU
- Strong documentation and stakeholder/customer management skills
- Experience monitoring the Microsoft 365 roadmap and adopting new functionality
- Previous team leadership/line management experience would be beneficial

Ideal Background
A senior M365 Specialist / Microsoft 365 Administrator / Collaboration Specialist / M365 Engineer with strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft collaboration ecosystem, particularly Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, who is comfortable providing 3rd-line support, designing solutions and working within governance frameworks.
