The Role
This role requires the M365 Technical Consultant to have proven experience in building high-quality, well-tested solutions for clients that help solve their business challenges. Technology innovation is part of our DNA and our roles are subject to change as AI tools become available. The role involves the following.
- Design, development and testing of applications using SharePoint to meet our clients' business requirements. You will be required to provide regular and concise updates to the team and clients.
- Working closely with our clients, you will leverage your business and technical skills to provide creative solutions to their business challenges.
- Evaluate the suitability of new technologies for use within Storm and our clients.
- Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in SharePoint and Power Platform Environments.
- Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
- Identify areas and processes where Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
- Developing Apps using Power Platform environments, Azure logic apps and functions.

Required Skills and Experience
- Software engineering degree (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in software engineering.
- Proven experience building solutions on SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Platform (Apps, Flows, Virtual Agents).
- Proficient creating PowerShell scripts.
- Proven architecture and software development skills.
- Broad knowledge of current technology toolsets and methodologies.
- Implementation of custom forms, workflows and web-parts.
- .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (distinct advantage)
- Demonstrated SPFx expertise.
- Competency in React and TypeScript.
- Hands-on application of PnP.
- Skillful use of Microsoft Graph API for cross-platform data.
- Experience migrating legacy/on-premises environments to the cloud.
- Desirable: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
