M365/Azure 3rd Line Infrastructure Operations Specialist
Location: Kent | Hybrid
Salary: £60,000–£67,000 DOE + Benefits
Marble Grange Group are working with a fantastic client who are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Operations Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior infrastructure professional to take ownership of Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, ensuring they remain secure, resilient and performing at enterprise scale.
You'll act as a senior escalation point for complex cloud and infrastructure issues, drive continuous service improvement and become a trusted technical authority within the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide expert 3rd line support across Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID.
- Manage and support Azure resources, including VMs, storage, VNets, load balancers and identity/security configurations.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, patching and operational standards across M365 and Azure services.
- Monitor performance and capacity, identifying risks and driving proactive improvements.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex infrastructure and cloud issues.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, cyber security and project teams.
- Drive continuous service improvement and ensure infrastructure remains aligned with best practice.

What You Need
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure within a large-scale or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID and identity and access management.
- Experience working within ITIL-aligned incident, change and problem management processes.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, AZ-900 and AZ-104, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
