This is a full-time, remote role for an M&A Associate. The M&A Associate will be responsible for:

  • Performing financial modeling
  • Conducting due diligence on investment opportunities
  • Supporting equity, debt, and hybrid capital structuring

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing market trends
  • Assisting in the evaluation of private equity deals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies

Qualifications

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Strong knowledge and experience in finance, including investment analysis and capital structuring
  • Expertise in due diligence processes and financial modeling techniques
  • Experience in private equity or related fields
  • Proven communication, teamwork, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, along with advanced Excel skills
  • Educational qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus
  • Experience or familiarity with cross-border investments and emerging markets is advantageous
