This is a full-time, remote role for an M&A Associate. The M&A Associate will be responsible for:
- Performing financial modeling
- Conducting due diligence on investment opportunities
- Supporting equity, debt, and hybrid capital structuring
Additional responsibilities include:
- Analyzing market trends
- Assisting in the evaluation of private equity deals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies
Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Strong knowledge and experience in finance, including investment analysis and capital structuring
- Expertise in due diligence processes and financial modeling techniques
- Experience in private equity or related fields
- Proven communication, teamwork, and project management skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, along with advanced Excel skills
- Educational qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus
- Experience or familiarity with cross-border investments and emerging markets is advantageous
