M&A Associate – Leading Mid-Market Investment Bank – Tech & Consumer Focus – London
We are partnering with a leading global mid-market investment bank that specialises in the Technology and Consumer sectors to appoint an M&A Associate into its busy London team.
You will join a highly experienced senior team with a strong track record of executing M&A transactions for corporate and private equity clients, gaining broad exposure to live deals and taking meaningful responsibility across the transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysing financial information, business plans and company performance
- Building and reviewing complex financial models and valuations
- Conducting company, industry and market research
- Leading elements of commercial and business due diligence
- Preparing pitch books, management presentations and other client materials
- Driving the execution of M&A transactions and coordinating with advisers
- Working closely with clients, management teams and senior bankers

Ideal Candidate
- Around 4- 6 years of sell-side M&A experience (investment bank, boutique, or Big Four Corporate Finance /M&A team)
- Strong track record on mid-market M&A transactions
- Advanced financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients and management teams
- Proactive, commercially minded and keen to build a long-term career in mid-market M&A
