Director / Executive Director – Business Services M&A | London
We’re exclusively working with a well-regarded international Investment Bank to appoint a Director into its London M&A team, focused on the Business Services sector.
This role suits a Business Services M&A sector specialist who wants a bigger say in shaping their own coverage. You’d join a collaborative team where you’ll have scope to develop a specialism and grow your profile with corporates and financial sponsors.

The role
- Origination and execution of mid-market sell-side and buy-side mandates across Business Services
- Building relationships with founders, management teams and private equity
- Developing sector insight and market presence in your area of focus
- Working closely with colleagues across sponsor coverage and the wider platform
About you
- Director or senior VP / AD experience in M&A, from an investment bank, Big 4 / top 6 or boutique
- Business Services sector experience. Sub-sector specialism in areas such as professional services, TICC or Facilities & Support Services.
- Strong execution record and growing origination capability
- Entrepreneurial and keen to build
