M&A Lawyer - Insurance - Manchester
Angove Partners are working with one of the most exciting and established insurance brokerages globally, who are looking to bring on an experienced M&A Associate to be the main M&A contact in their Manchester office.
The company has big expansion plans and the role serves as a brilliant opportunity to repurpose legal skills in a meritocratic industry.
What is the role?
In this position, you will handle a variety of workstreams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to M&A and corporate transactions. This role is based in Manchester.

What will you be doing?
- Draft insurance solutions for complex M&A transactions, namely RWI.
- Advise private equity, corporate, and law firm clients on risk transfer strategies related to R&W exposures in deal contexts.
- Lead negotiations with clients and brokers, securing competitive terms, pricing, and coverage enhancements.
- Coordinate cross-functional deal teams, including legal, accounting, investment banking, and underwriting partners.

What do you need to apply to this role?
We anticipate that candidates will have at least 4 years of Corporate/M&A Law experience. Experience working with RWI would be advantageous.
