M&A Manager – Manchester
I’m currently working with one of the busiest and fastest-growing accountancy firms in the market, who are looking to add an M&A Manager to their Manchester team.
The firm has built a strong M&A practice with a consistent pipeline of mid-market transactions. This is an opportunity to join an established team where you will have genuine responsibility across transactions, strong exposure to clients and the opportunity to develop your career within a growing platform.
The Role
You will work across a range of mid-market M&A transactions, taking responsibility for key elements of execution and working closely with senior team members, shareholders, and investors.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Take responsibility across the transaction lifecycle from origination through to completion
- Build and review financial models and valuation analysis
- Prepare information memorandums, teasers, and marketing materials
- Develop relationships with clients and other deal professionals
- Contribute to pitches, origination, and business development
Requirements
- Strong M&A / Corporate Finance experience
- Experience operating at Manager or experienced Assistant Manager level
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Confident managing transactions and client relationships
- ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent preferred
