In person at Suite 304, Linen Hall, 162–168 Regent Street, London, W1B 5TB

Help identify the businesses that become part of a successful buy-and-build strategy.

DNS Corporate Advisory is a corporate finance firm specialising in SME buy-and-build. We support business owners and acquisition-led groups in identifying and pursuing acquisitions across our priority sectors in professional services, healthcare and care, including accountancy, physiotherapy, care homes and home care.

We are looking for an M&A Origination Analyst who combines analytical curiosity with the confidence to start conversations and build relationships.

The role

You will help research markets, identify suitable businesses and develop qualified acquisition opportunities. Working with our advisory team, you will support relationships with business owners, acquisition clients, brokers and professional introducers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching our priority sectors and mapping businesses against clients’ acquisition criteria.
  • Building and maintaining accurate target lists, company profiles and CRM records.
  • Reviewing initial business and financial information to assess potential fit.
  • Supporting direct outreach by telephone, email and LinkedIn, with clear preparation and consistent follow-up.
  • Helping assess opportunities introduced by brokers and maintaining constructive relationships with our origination partners.
  • Preparing concise opportunity summaries, meeting briefs and questions for further investigation.
  • Coordinating follow-up and working with the advisory team as opportunities progress.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
