M&A Partner - London
We are partnered with a highly successful advisory firm who are looking to invest in a new M&A Partner to join their team in London.
Your Role:
As a Corporate Finance Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the firm's Corporate Finance division in London. Your expertise in M&A will be instrumental in spearheading deals within the mid market space (deal size ranging from £20m to £200m).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Corporate Finance M&A projects, from inception to completion.
- Utilize your strong network and proven origination abilities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and potential buyers/investors.
- Provide expert financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation services to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience within the Corporate Finance, M&A, space.
- Currently holding the position of Director, Managing Director or Partner, with a successful track record in originating deals.
- Demonstrable expertise in the lower-mid market space, with deal sizes ranging from £20m to £200m.
- Proven origination abilities with a strong network of industry connections.
- Sector expertise within TMT, Healthcare or Business Services is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the Corporate Finance market in London
