Metis Search are partnered with a leading U.S. investment bank to hire a Senior Analyst / Associate into its Technology M&A team in London.
The firm has a brilliant reputation in the market and the team is recognised for advising on high-profile, complex transactions across the Technology sector. Consistent exposure to upper-mid-market and large-cap, sponsor-led processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A transactions across the Technology sector.
- Build financial models and valuation analyses.
- Prepare client presentations, marketing materials and transaction documentation.
- Conduct company, industry and market analysis to support M&A execution and strategic advice.
- Work closely with senior bankers, clients and external advisers throughout live transactions.
- Contribute to business development and the identification of new M&A opportunities.

Key Requirements:
- 2-6 years of investment banking experience.
- Exposure to upper-mid-market and large-cap M&A processes.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Proven experience working on live M&A transactions.
- Technology sector experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and confident communicator with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
