Leadenhall Search is partnering with a leading pan-European Events business that is continuing to grow through an ambitious acquisition strategy across Europe. They are looking for an M&A Analyst to join the team and work closely with senior leadership on acquisition targets across Europe.
The company is an established international events group, operating across multiple European markets and bringing together thousands of exhibitors, visitors, and industry professionals through a diverse portfolio of B2B events. Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and assessing potential acquisition targets
- Market and commercial analysis
- Commercial due diligence
- Supporting acquisition strategy and investment cases
- Financial and strategic analysis
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholders across different European markets
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or an M&A-focused environment
- Experience in M&A, commercial due diligence, growth strategy, or corporate development
- Background from a Big 4, top tier strategy houses, boutique consultancy, or strategy team
- A genuine entrepreneurial mindset and desire to work in a fast-moving environment
- Strong curiosity and interest in working across different industries and European markets
- A strong strategic and commercial perspective
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage effectively with senior stakeholders
