Transaction Tax Associate Director
A leading accountancy and advisory firm is looking to appoint an experienced Transaction Tax Associate Director to join its growing Transaction Advisory Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile corporate and private equity transactions, providing tax due diligence and structuring advice across a broad range of sectors. You'll lead complex projects, manage key client relationships, collaborate with multidisciplinary deal teams, and play a pivotal role in business development and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients.
- Deliver transaction tax structuring advice and review acquisition structures.
- Manage client relationships and liaise with legal advisers, investors, and target businesses.
- Work closely with Financial Due Diligence, SPA Advisory, and Corporate Finance teams on live transactions.
- Lead project delivery, oversee budgets, and mentor junior team members.
- Support business development through proposals, networking, and client presentations.

About You
- ACA, CTA, ADIT (or equivalent) qualified.
- Strong UK corporate tax and transaction tax experience.
- Proven background in M&A tax due diligence and advisory.
- Excellent client management, project management, and commercial skills.
- Experience leading teams and developing junior colleagues.
